1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jqq ("jqq," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jqq website located at https://jqq.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jqq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jqq Platform. jqq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jqq Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gaming and casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jqq, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jqq Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

jqq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jqq, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of any other person or allow any other person to use your account.

jqq conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by applicable regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

jqq reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jqq account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify jqq immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jqq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jqq of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jqq Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable limits.
• jqq does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your jqq account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the jqq Payment page.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. jqq reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• jqq processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Payment page, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• jqq reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with applicable Philippine law. jqq may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jqq offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jqq reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• jqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be voided and the associated account may be terminated.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jqq Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jqq uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its virtual games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game, jqq reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. jqq's decision in such matters is final.

jqq does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jqq's control may result in temporary unavailability of certain games or features.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jqq Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jqq games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jqq's platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the jqq Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jqq's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jqq staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jqq Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jqq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jqq Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jqq Platform without prior written consent from jqq.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jqq, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jqq Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jqq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jqq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jqq does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Responsible Gaming

jqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. In furtherance of this commitment, jqq provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jqq account.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the jqq Platform at any time by contacting jqq support.

12. Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination for cause, jqq reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your jqq account at any time by contacting jqq support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending transactions or investigations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jqq Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jqq support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j qq will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jqq Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
